About Our SchoolTigard Covenant Preschool is a state licensed Bible-based, Christian preschool, founded in 2000 with the encouragement of Tigard Covenant Church. The desire for the church to increase its community outreach and the need for more preschool programs in the greater Tigard area combined to create a program that has enriched the lives of area preschool children.Our Philosophy
We believe in guiding children in their development
of social skills that will help them in
school, teaching them cooperation, sharing,
responsibility, and caring for others. Reading,
cutting, coloring, painting, and projects make
for a very complete Preschool education.Our curriculum is based upon the children's Bible, and prayer is taught and used. Spiritually, in all of our programs children learn about God and His helpers, hear stories from the Bible and learn of God’s plan for him/her. Parents are always welcome to visit and volunteer in the classroom. Our Preschool exists to help children ages 3 to 5 years old grow:
