Run Your Race
In Hebrews chapter 12 verse 2, it tells us to run the race that God has prepared for us to run. This means that we all have a special assignment from heaven. We are all called upon by God to serve him by serving other people. Running the race means we live holy lives and make lifestyle choices that honor God. This scripture tells us to keep our eyes on Jesus Christ. As we look to him on a daily basis, he becomes the focus and filter of all our decisions. This is Holy week, where Jesus prepared to go to the cross, where he would be crucified for the sins of the world. He fulfilled his destiny. We have eternal life and abundant life because he endured the cross. We should follow in his example by running the race that God has called us to run. Don’t give up, keep doing right and a blessing will be in store for you.
