God is in Charge
There is a wonderful passage of scripture in Isaiah 66 that states the following: “Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool. Where is the house you will build for me? Has not my hands made all these things and so they came into being? Declares the Lord.†God is the creator of all things and ultimately has control of all that goes on. However, there is one thing that we must remember. He gave us the ability to choose and to have freewill. We were not made as robots, and so we are allowed to make bad choices. This is the reason we have so much havoc and wickedness in the earth. But one day, God will judge the whole earth and things will change forever for the better. Remember this fact, and continue to walk by faith each day in obedience to His word. He will one day make it all right because He is in charge.
