Words of Life for this week are:“God’s Care for His Peopleâ€
I was reading this wonderful passage of scripture that talks about God’s care for his people. God is almighty and all powerful. He cares for all the peoples of the earth. This is what the prophet Isaiah says in the 25th chapter, “On this mountain the Lord almighty will prepare a feast of rich food for all peoples, a banquet of aged wine, the best of meats and the finest of wines. On this mountain he will destroy the shroud that enfolds all peoples, the sheet that covers all nations, he will swallow up death forever. The Sovereign Lord will wipe away the tears from all faces, he will remove the people’s disgrace from all the earth.†Is that a wonderful picture of how much God loves us? He truly cares for you.
