Words of Life for this week are:“Tough Times”
Several of the members of the body of Christ are going through tough times. Some are facing illnesses, others have experienced difficulties in these storms we are having, and others are having relational problems. For those that are believers in Christ, there is a special comfort and promise from God to keep you and sustain you during these tough times. Psalm 32:7-11 brings all of us this comfort: “You are my hiding place; you will protect me from trouble and surround me with songs of deliverance. I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you. Do not be like the horse or the mule, which have no understanding but must be controlled by bit and bridle or they will not come to you. Many are the woes of the wicked, but the Lord’s unfailing love surrounds the one who trusts in him. Rejoice in the Lord and be glad, you righteous; sing, all you who are upright in heart!
Let’s keep praying for each other and God will bring us through and we will stand in these tough times. I pray the peace and love of God to be with you as you stand during these times. God will bring you through it.
I love you all.
God bless you,
Pastor David Greenidge
