Words of Life for this week are:“It’s a New Yearâ€
In December of each year, we come to the close of one year and enter a New Year. Many say, “Happy New Year†to one another because our collective hope as a world community that things will get better. But for many, that is not the case. There are wars and conflicts around the world. There are family conflicts that cause division and emotional pain. I am offering some hope for every person in the entire world for this new year. It comes from the words of Jesus, in the book of John, chapter one, verse four. It says, “In Him was life and that life was the light of men.†Jesus shines His life into the hearts of everyone if they will receive Him. We all have a choice, so choose Jesus, ask Him to guide and lead you in the New Year and you will have some beautiful light in your life in the middle of dark times.
